■About the rental screening■
After you apply, a tenancy screening will be conducted.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the results of the screening process.

■Documents required when applying■
A copy of your ID is required (one of the following):

• driver's license

• passport

• Health insurance card

• Resident registration card with photo

*For those receiving welfare benefits: → "Certificate of Receipt of Welfare Benefits" showing your date of birth

*Foreign nationals: → Copy of both sides of residence card
